With over twenty-five years of experience in leadership, Keith Flanagan has been at the forefront of steering sales teams across Australia, New Zealand, and the broader Asia-Pacific region. This extensive tenure has equipped him with unmatched expertise and a deep understanding of the dynamic challenges unique to these markets.

His long-standing career has allowed him to develop a keen insight into the intricacies of sales operations, enabling him to devise effective strategies that address the specific needs and objectives of various organisations.

Whilst the challenge of sales is relatively agnostic of industry it is worth noting that Keith has worked with some of the world’s most prominent companies, such as IBM, Oracle, Verint, and Lucent Technologies, along with smaller firms like Igloo Vision and Total Communications. His diverse experience has equipped him with an in-depth grasp of multiple sales and leadership methodologies, forming a blend of styles that integrate Australian, American and British leadership strategies, complemented by the straightforwardness typical of Israeli organisations.

His clientele has nearly covered the entire spectrum, from large government agencies, leading telecommunications firms and banks, to mining and industrial giants, down to smaller entrepreneur-driven businesses with fewer than 50 employees. His adeptness in fulfilling his clients' needs and industry expertise has involved partnerships with entities like CBA, BHP, Shell, Origin Energy, RAC, CSL, Telstra, and MediBank. Having led teamsd and been responsible for sales across most countries in the Asia Pacific, Japan, and China regions he brings a wealth of knowledge in understanding and working with these cultures.
